This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and 1Apportunity ("Licensor" or "we") for the use of the 1Apportunity mobile application ("App").

The purpose of this EULA is to grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App, but not to own it. This EULA outlines the terms and conditions of that license.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are permitted to use the App on a single device, and you may not distribute, sublicense, or assign this license to any third party.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any of its components.
• Distribute, sublicense, or assign the App or any of its components to any third party.
• Use the App for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, rental, or timesharing.
• Use the App to infringe on the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

The App, including all of its components, is owned by us and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe on our intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• implied warranties of merchantability
• implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• implied warranties of title
• implied warranties of non-infringement

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• direct damages
• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential damages
• punitive damages

This EULA may be terminated by us at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you agree to cease using the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA
