ViralPe, through its 1Apportunity application, offers a range of services including content delivery, advertising, gaming, surveying etc. under social media and client-based tasks. As part of these services, users are provided with opportunities to earn rewards or incentives. ViralPe Sales and Services Private Limited operates the 1Apportunity mobile app, which facilitates advertising, promotion, and marketing activities. The Company also operates ViralPe app, which enables sales for online post-sales aggregators, e-commerce platforms, offline brands, and local vendors through strategic partnerships.
"User Information" refers to both Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information.
"Website" refers to https://1Apportunity.com/ and/or https://viralpe.com, and the "Application" or "App" refers to the 1Apportunity and ViralPe mobile applications available on the Android Play Store or iOS App Store. Collectively, they are referred to as the "Platform" or "Platforms".

D.General

The User unequivocally agrees that this Privacy Policy, along with the Terms and Conditions, constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User and 1Apportunity. The User further acknowledges that they will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any service provided by 1Apportunity, including the Services. These terms will be deemed incorporated into the broader Terms and Conditions and treated as part of the same agreement.

This document is an electronic record pursuant to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the associated rules, including those governing electronic records as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. As this electronic record is generated by a computer system, it does not require any physical or digital signatures. Additionally, this document is published in accordance with the SPI Rules and the Intermediaries Guidelines.

The terms "Party" and "Parties" shall refer to the User and 1Apportunity individually and collectively, depending on the context.

The headings in each section of this Policy are solely for organizational purposes and shall not be used by either Party to interpret the provisions. These headings hold no legal or contractual significance.

The Parties expressly agree that, subject to the relevant provisions of this Policy, 1Apportunity reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior permission or notification to the User, in accordance with the best practices and laws set by the State or Central Government of India. Any such amendments or modifications will take effect immediately upon publication. The User is responsible for periodically reviewing the Policy and Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates. By continuing to use the Services after changes are made, the User is deemed to have consented to these modifications.
As long as the User complies with the Policy and Terms and Conditions, they are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited privilege to access and use the Services.

Mobile Number:

We verify and validate your mobile number, as all rewards are linked to it. Additionally, your mobile number is used to:

F.Privacy Statements

The User expressly agrees and acknowledges:

a. Public Domain Information:

Information that is publicly available or accessible under the Right to Information Act, 2005, or any other applicable law will not be classified as ‘Personal Information’ or ‘Sensitive Personal Data or Information’ for the purposes of this Policy.

b.Automatic Data Collection:

1Apportunity may automatically track certain information about the User based on the User’s IP address and behaviour on the Platform, and the User expressly consents to this collection. This data may include the User’s computer and browser information, IP address, and mobile device details. Such data may be used for internal research on user demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand User preferences. This data may be shared with third parties to facilitate the provision of Services, and the User consents to this sharing. Additionally, anonymized, non-personally identifiable data may be shared with third parties for market research or feature development.

C.Collection:

Any and all information related to the User, collected by 1Apportunity, including personal correspondence such as emails, SMS, WhatsApp notifications, or calls, may be compiled into a file or folder specifically allocated to the User, and the User consents to this.

d.Communication with User:

To keep the User informed about activities on the Website, 1Apportunity may send emails, SMS, WhatsApp notifications, app notifications, and other marketing communications. These communications include transaction messages, referral earnings updates, Redeem/withdrawal confirmations, and important administrative messages. These communications are not shared with anyone else apart from the User.

e.Marketing Communications:

1Apportunity may also send newsletters, WhatsApp notifications, SMS, app notifications, browser notifications, and marketing campaigns. The User may opt-out of such marketing communications by contacting 1Apportunity.

1Apportunity reserves the right to remove any content, review, survey, or feedback submitted by the User at its discretion without notification.

l.Sensitive Personal Data:

The generation and collection of Sensitive Personal Data or Information as per the Information Technology Act, 2000, requires the User’s express consent. By agreeing to this Policy and clicking the "I agree" button, the User consents to the collection of such data under applicable laws.

m.Accuracy of Information:

The User is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information submitted. The User may correct or update inaccuracies by contacting 1Apportunity. 1Apportunity will update the records as soon as reasonably practicable. However, in some cases, 1Apportunity may not correct or delete Personal Data, such as in evaluative documents or prosecution-related records.

n.Voluntary Submission:

All information provided to 1Apportunity is voluntary. Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal is not retroactive. The User may request account deletion or request that their information no longer be used by contacting 1Apportunity. All information provided by the User to 1Apportunity, including Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information, is submitted voluntarily. The User acknowledges that 1Apportunity may use their Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information for the following purposes:

Using the data to deliver the services offered by 1Apportunity.

c.Marketing:

Offering new products, services, and marketing activities related to the Services.

c.Maximizing Earnings
